Hayes is the ONLY dealership that has Ever serviced my 2016 Ram 1500 & I might add, which I purchased in Virginia! They’ve always been courteous & competent. Haley is the young lady that assisted me w/my last service appointment & as always, very proficient & professional! Would not seek another dealership for service as I Live in Greenville,SC but work in Atlanta & need dependable transportation & again competent service work. Thanks to Hayes I can depend on that 12 months a year!
The experience with the service department can be a hit and miss. Over the past 18+ months I've taken my 2010 Charger here for factory scheduled maintenance. The most recent was for 100k service, all did not go well. I was told I needed items that had already been serviced and they mixed 2 types of spark plugs in the engine. I bought a Certified Pre-owned 2015 Jeep Patriot in early 2017. Since I purchased this vehicle it has been in the shop 8 or 9 times for the same reason. The last time I took it in the service advisor told me they could no longer fix the problem since the one year warranty was up. The service manager got involved and told me they were going to try one more thing. It has been about 3 months and I am having the same exact issue with this car.
