Left my car for oil change and tire rotation. Came back three hours later. Found car in parking lot with nothing done. Had to wait another 45 minutes to get oil change - never got rotation. Never found why car was never checked in.

They have no customer loyalty as explined by the Sales GM. He it very clear during a converstion concerning a used vehicle. Could be because of all the turnover or because they are the classic shaddy used car operation you try to avoid.
Santa is the best salesperson! The service department is awesome. They are always available to answer any questions/concerns without talking down to you. Everyone at Hayes is pleasant & helpful. Oh! did I say I love my Jeep!
