Waited two days for a sales rep to give me lease figures on a Wrangler. Never happened, I guess they don’t need the business.

I dropped it off in the evening and Nick said don’t worry about a thing we got you he even reserved a rental car for us they came and got us Nick took great care of us had my truck done the next morning around 9:15 I got call saying it was done . My van has been there all week and every time I talk to them I get the same lines of crappy lies. I made an appointment to have problems looked and yet things still aren’t diagnosed properly or repaired. Everyday the transmission guy has supposedly torn down the transmission to see what’s wrong. They don’t even realize they’re telling me the say lies over and over again. I feel like a hostage because there’s nothing I can do, I do not have a vehicle and will have to pay $35 a day for rental. Backstory: I bought my 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude at Hayes in Lawrenceville. However, I needed an oil change and work in Flowery Branch. Going to Lawrenceville wasn't exactly ideal when there is a dealership 10 mins down the road. So I scheduled an oil change on Wednesday the 16th and showed up about 10 mins prior. Apart from being a little confused as to where to go and who to speak to in order for them to start the oil change, it was an easy process! As always,the service was good. It always takes several hours just to get the oil changed. The only negative I have about The whole service is that the service people apparently get in my car with grease on their shoes and mess up my carpet, as well as the bottom of the drivers door . The last time I had to take the car and have the carpets cleaned. Now it has happened again.
