They will say anything on the phone to make you drive over there. Offered me 20k on the phone for my trade In after I gave vin number and pics and after I drove two hours to get there he changed his story and offered me 16k for my trade in. He said he had to lower the price on the car I wanted and he had to make money somewhere . That was Erik’s response. After he made me drive two hours . I wouldn’t buy anything from them . Totally unprofessional . Horrible experience .
