On 9-26-14 I bought a used 2009 mitsubishi lancer gts from hayes Chevy/dodge etc in Oakwood. I signed a "we-owe" agreement stating they would be REPLACING my front bumper and grille. I said it had to be done by 10-1-14 because I started a new job, they agreed. By 10-12-14 I still hadn't heard from anyone about the replacement. Friendly sales people and service dept. Negotiations was a pain but expected as is with any car dealership. :) Only complaint was they really were not willing to negotiate on this particular vehicle. Didn't budge a dollar. Seemed unusual to me. I love the oil change contract plan and making appts saves you from having to sit for hours. By far the friendliest place I've car shopped since Family Chryler in Cleveland, Ga. went out of business. :)
