Went and got treated like a true VIP customer at this dealership. I have never been somewhere where I felt so comfortable and not be pushed into buying a car I didn't want....not to mention I had the best salesman in the world.... Thanks for such a great experience Tyler Boucher !!!!!!! Highly recommend this place !!!!

The reason I gave the review I did was because from the first phone call to make the appointment, everyone was very pleasant and legitimately seem concerned about my problem. My Caravan is my first, nice car I ever bought from a dealership and I was so upset when it started making a horrible ticking/clicking sound. Very shady. Told us the price was going to be $21625 with a free sunroof and ended up charging us 27000. The first paper we signed said 7500 off but the final papers had no such discounts. Liars and cheats!

Big thanks to Bob in Used Car Sales. I was stuck in a bad spot after my vehicle was totaled. I told him what price point I wanted to stay around and with the help of Bob and the Finance department, I was able to get into a 2015 Charger. In fact, I may even like this vehicle better than my other 2015 vehicle that was totaled!!! :)

My car was left all day for oil change, tire rotation, and a computer check/uploads. They forgot, or, said they didn't know, that I wanted an oil change and did NOT do an oil change. Quick to try to upcharge though...you need this...you need that...Came out with mechanic to tell me that metal was showing on a my tires and did I want new tires after the car had been there all day..I am so disappointed in the customer service. 2 hours wait for a SCHEDULED appointment for an oil change. Worst service department ever. Bought three new cars here over the years, starting in 2000 - will never visit again.

I love the car that I bought and the day I bought it was easy and flawless. However, once I left, they couldn't care less about holding up their promises. I was told they would get my spare key fob from the original owner. A YEAR LATER, after I located the original owner, I got the key myself!
