Excellent service, friendly hosts and great atmosphere. Our room was spacious and clean with a lovely view of Salem Commons. All COVID protocols in place helped us feel very safe. We will be back! 🥰
The staff was outstanding! From registration to dining everyone was very friendly and helpful.. Diningroom very spacious food was delicious and can’t say enough positive things about the staff.. very friendly and professional! Would highly recommend this hotel

Lovely old hotel. Rooms very clean and updated. Can’t say enough about how gracious and friendly the staff is. The front desk and our server were some of the most genuinely nice people we encounter on our visit. It did not seem cheesy or fake at all. Highly recommend this hotel!
