RecommendedThe people that work at the hotel are very sweet. The only bad thing I could say is when I called to request a room on the 6th floor or room 325, if available and the person was a bit snappy saying they could not guarantee anything. I told them I understood that and they were a little nicer. The other thing was the room was the smallest room I have ever stayed in before!

First time at the Hawthorne and my husband had a meet and greet with the ghost on the 6th floor.
I’ve visited Salem many times but this was my first stay at The Hawthorne. They were very accommodating and the staff were all amazing. The brunch menu was perfect and the kitchen crew, bartenders and servers knocked it out of the park. Special shout out to June! Thank you for a wonderful visit to my favorite city.
