Housekeepers leave your room unlocked. Found long. black hairs on pillows and linen after maid service cleaned room. Front desk are less than friendly and couldn't have cared less when I reported the room left unlocked after cleaning. Said they would note it on my reservation but not there when I checked out. Asked if I wanted to speak with Eric, whoever he is. Food was good but expensive. No climate control in the room...was on neutral when I was just there so no heat or AC. We enjoyed the Clue dinner theater, it was WONDERFUL!!! The food, drinks, staff, and atmosphere was fantastic, perfect end to a festive Saturday in Salem!!!
