On arrival, I was told I had been chosen as VIP for the next day, that meant I got to choose a flag from any country & state to fly outside the hotel!. As I was British born, I chose the Union Jack, & MA for state flag, plus I got 10% off in their restaurant. Nice touch!. Staff excellent & very helpful & friendly.
