DO NOT waste your time... they will lie and say they have the apartment you want, to go online and apply... pay the $78 application fee, then that apartment "isn't listed anymore" and they will try to get you to sign for an apartment you're not interested in. Still waiting on my refund for my application and it's been 2 months. Horrible staff, woman who helped me Linda, wouldn't even get on the phone with me to tell me she was sorry and that I would be refunded, she had her assistant do it, coward!
5 stars for the apartments but the new staff not happy with them,the previous staff was awesome. The worst thing we are facing right now is the dog poop everyweek near my apartment of building 1300. Had to post here so that they take some action to stop this.
Single young female, locked out of my apartment at midnight because maintenance refused to unlock my door, even when I told them I had been trying to get a hold of locksmiths for hours. I had to sleep in my car until the office opened. This place does not care about the safety of their residents! Horrible people. They only see you as a rent check.
