Horrible management, no one knows what they are talking about. They blame you for things that don't happen and even upper management makes false promises. Glad we got out of there when we could.
I had a family emergency and needed to be out of town. I explained that I was going home for the burial of mother. The office staff didn't seem to have any concerns for me. The only thing that mattered to them was my rent payment being late. I told the office that I would be making the payment that Friday and the office still issused a late notice with the magistrate office. Beautiful apartments and great staff! The Starbucks self serve cafe' is my favorite part right now, during the winter month! That hot chocolate bar Rach has set up is LIT!
I've done a lot of apartment hopping and by far this is one of the best places I've lived. The staff is friendly, helpful, and honest. The maintenance team is outstanding as they are quick to respond and do excellent work.
New to here, but it's great. I love this place,! It is really close to everything, for shopping or going to restaurants. It is in one of the better areas of Asheville.
I love this apartment community. Very dog and people friendly!
