RecommendedI've lived here for over a year now. I live in the Luxe apartments in the backside and they are beautiful with loads of storage space and a nice open layout. I've never had any issues because the staff does regular maintenance on all the apartments to keep them safe and liveable. The community is great and the staff always has fun events for the residents to attend monthly. I would suggest not living here. The apartments are out dated and over priced. The office staff is not helpful at all. I’ve called the office numerous of times about a mouse/mole whatever it is being in my apartment and they have done little to nothing. Sarah (in the office) response was “well mice get into mansions”. While I understand rodents can get into places I do not pay rent monthly for them not to take this situation seriously. Definitely not worth the money!
Hawthorne at southside has been a marvolous place to live. There staff are amazing and the hospitatlity at the club house is great. The amenities are above and beyond. They keep adding to the property. Come live the life @ Hawthorne at Southside
Moving in was a breeze Carley helped me with everything over the phone. Love living at Hawthorne at south side easy access to the highway and great amenities! Would highly recommend living here!
We’ve rented a few years and this year has been hell for us. A leak repair took almost 5 months to complete all said and done— office staff never knows what’s going on and things take forever to get through to upper management. A lot of false promises. We’ve been here only a few years and the office staff overturns every few months. No one from the original staff when we moved in is here anymore. They make up a freaking story saying that there is a pet stain in the master bedroom after we moved so they have to get people to put in new carpet just so they can take our security deposit from us. Not only that, we tried to calls so many times and they told us they were too busy to talk about our concern. Finally today, my wife called and get a hold of them and they frighten her that if we don’t pay the rest of the money we owe for whatever that stain was from our invisible pet which we didn’t had one they will send it to... read more
Watch out, you will have to pay to replace carpet that has been there for 20 yrs, if you just rent for a year.
