Maintenance sucks, the agents suck (HANNAH METCALF WAS THE ONLY GOOD ONE) and when it’s time to move out they’ll charge you to basically renovate a perfectly good apartment with NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. Deadass tried to charge me for damaged blinds when the issue was the cords were tangled....this place e is literal trash to live in and cost way more than they should. The agents are rude and condescending to people upset about the literal robbing of my security deposit. I would go into more detail but it infuriates me thinking ... read more
RecommendedI highly recommend Hawthorne at Southside! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE, from beginning to end!!! They helped me get into an apartment quickly and smoothly, even though my credit wasn’t the best! I have lived here for 8 years, seen a lot of changes, for the better! Beautiful area to live in, dog friendly, and the office staff is accommodating.
This is a great place to live. Office staff and maintenance are always very helpful and do a great job. It’s a safe place with lots of monthly activities (some events suggested by the residents). It is close to several grocery stores and many restaurants. Great location, clean environment and friendly staff!
The amenities are endless!! Everything is so nice and always accessible. I love living in this community!
Everything! The easy application, privacy, cleanliness of the area, multiple fitness facilities, and the wonderful staff!
I love Hawthorne. Everyone at the office is great, they're friendly and hilarious. I love all the events they do for the residents and how they send you newsletters promoting these events. I recently just got a little care package with my favorite drink and candy with a thank you card from Sarah, who works in the office. I highly recommend this spot.
I have been living here for 5 years, the greatest thing has been the maintenance team. Dillon is the best he responds to work orders quickly. He makes sure that anything he fixes is working properly before leaving.
Sarah and McKenna are the two leasing agents with whom I have had the most engagement with. Both have been more than helpful and have made my two years at Hawthorne a great experience.
