Awesome staff, always so helpful. The maintenance guys are top notch as well. Love the fact that you can go to the gym at any time and get a cup of coffee while you're at it. Love living here.
So I have been a resident of Hawthorn at south side for 3 years and it has been the best apartment living situation i’ve ever had in my life! Big shout out to awesome agents who’s customer service has been wonderful! - Hannah, Sarah, christian, McKenna fantastic! Thank you so much 😊
Do not recommend. They are very outdated for how much they charge for rent. The washers and dryers never work either- which is very annoying.
Hannah Metalf is absolutely amazing!!! She always goes above and beyond to make residents happy and new guests feel at home. She is very accommodating and knowledgeable, and never shys away from helping a resident. If you have a problem you need solved, Hannah is the girl to see!
I currently rent here and I love it! They are always scheduling events for the community. The staff has been awesome (especially Brady) He is super kind everytime we come in the clubhouse. We love living here!
The apartment is great and the friendly staff are always professional and helpful. In the 3 years we have lived here we have enjoyed using the pool and work out area. The complex is always clean and we’ve never had issues with anyone being rude or unfriendly. It really feels like a community and I would recommend the apartments to anyone. It really is just a great place to live, you’re close to everything in Asheville. Come see for yourself!
I've lived here for over a year now. I live in the Luxe apartments in the backside and they are beautiful with loads of storage space and a nice open layout. I've never had any issues because the staff does regular maintenance on all the apartments to keep them safe and liveable. The community is great and the staff always has fun events for the residents to attend monthly. The only issue I have really had is that there needs to be more dumpsters because they overflow weekly, which is unsightly and gross. Other than that, I ... read more
