We moved in at the end of October and were very happy with the location, and the amenities offered by Hawthorne at Southside. Maintenance has been prompt about any issues, and the office staff have always been very helpful. The only reason I am giving a 4 stars out of 5 is the unfortunate problem of thoughtless neighbors who do not pick up after their pets.
I think this is a great place for kids they have a lot of things to do. They have gatherings for the apartment complex to do thing. The have lots of room for the dogs to play and do the things they need to. And the apartments are great and look nice also they have a good amount of space in them. They also have a lot of things to do around the apartments. It is great here.
