I got an appointment on the same day! The dr and staff were wonderful.
I've found the klinik system very good and have always received very good care when we've needed it from the team here.
The Receptionists have always been a little curt, but when I needed an emergency appointment, I got a same day consultation. Repeat prescriptions do take a longer to be approved than is really expected. There are some places to improve, but overall, a good surgery.
