Be Very Careful. They have a No Refunds policy that they post on a small frame but don't tell you about until you try to return an item that may be flawed. The owner is a great salesperson. She will push things on you that you had no intention of purchasing and if you decide against it she goes from ultra friendly to Miranda Priestly (Devil Wears Prada) The store has some interesting items but I have found almost everything they have for MUCH less at other stores or online.
If you're lookin for style, sophistication & fun, it's Haven – I have been shopping at Haven for several years now, and consistently, the personalized service and amazing selection of clothing and accessories have surpassed my expectations. what a disappointment! – not only is this a second rate H. Audrey, but the owner seems to be averse to serving the "common" people of Nashville. I find the attitude in this store a bit on the arrogant side and the fashion to be random and chaotic at best. I would recommend shops with a more customer friendly shopping atmosphere and a better gauge on current fashion like H. Audrey, Habit, and Perfect Pair.
GREAT Boutique Shop!!!!!! – If you love Lucky brand and Free people - you must visit!!!! This is not the Lucky brand stuff you see in their mall stores - much more original!!!! Very cute, Soho, Boho, yeah. Skip the mall and internet and go!!!
My favorite store – You'll feel like you are in SoHo when you enter this amazing store in downtown Franklin. It is filled with treasures for your wardrobe and home. I love the new candles, and they always have jewelry pieces I've never seen anywhere. All my good stuff comes from here. After 15 years styling celebrities, Claudia Fowler offers some of her favorite wares at a retail outpost in Franklin. – In Short Amber votives flicker atop the moss-covered antique piano that greets shoppers at this Main Street boutique. Great new spot! – I just went to downtown Franklin and was very pleasantly surprised when I walked into Haven! They have all different lines and some of the best pieces I've ever seen! The atmosphere is very welcoming and comfortable, and great music!! Don't pass it by!!
If you love Anthropologie, you'll LOVE Haven! – The store owner/stylist, Claudia Fowler has such a unique, organic style that radiates in the store's etheral atmosphere! Fowler hired a set director to design the store, so I would say go just to see the beautiful deer antler and moss chandelier.
