Love the peace and quiet of the area. The staff added a new bonus every time I get a package at the front office I get a call. Love it!!!!!
Robbin was great. She helped us renew our lease, and was able to inform us of information that we weren't aware of. Highly recommend this complex for people looking to rent. It's cheap, but the quality is great. You can't beat this place!
Trinity Management just took ownership about a month ago over Pheasant Run apartment. They are now Haven on the Lake. Obviously, they weren't ready. There are over 500 units and one maintenance man. I've been a resident for 3 years and haven't had any complaints until now. They've lied about office hours and the emergency maintenance is no longer an option.
