When I started to look for apartments this was the first place I went. When I pull med up it looked nice, but what sold me was the leasing specialist, Carter, who showed me the apartment. He was very knowledgeable and if I pointed anything out that was not right or needed to be fixed he said he’d take care of it before we moved in. He kept his word and everything that should have been fixed was. We moved to the apartment complex 3 weeks ago. People that works here is very friendly and respectful. Our apartment is old l, and even tough things seems to be breaking fast, maintenance was here and fix it! Amenities are great too! Pool, gym, playground, forest trail, and even a lake! We love it here!
The apartment is in a great location and affordable however the communication is not the best and when you have a work order or question it sometimes takes a few days for them to help you
2 stars: Haven on the lakes is a horrible place to live. It’s horribly run, the office is confused, they lie about what you’re getting, there’s barely any parking, and the grounds are disgusting. The leasing office is not helpful in many situations and makes things worse. Instead of using a master key to let me into my apartment because they made the key wrong, I had to wait 41/2 hours outside in the car. I do not recommend anyone living in these apartments. Horrible experience and service...I’ve lived in a 3 bedroom for only 2 months and have had soooooo many problems...when we first moved in it was not updated like they stated and needed a lot of work done...we have had two plumbing issues in the last month...it took them over a week to fix the issue in the bedroom bathroom and this past weekend I had a bad experience with my kitchen sink flooding...I came home to a kitchen with plenty of nasty water that had a foul smell...the plumber said as long as they keep running the sin... read more
From the day I moved in until the day I moved out this place has been nothing but a NIGHTMARE! I wouldn’t recommend this hell hole to my worst enemy. They can never get anything right. I have literally been stressed out every single day since I moved in about being overcharged EVERY SINGLE MONTH to them messing up the move out date to maintenance and everything else that comes with It. This place is AWFUL!
I’ve had to have maintenance here at lease 3 times in last week and half to fix my AC, even replaced the unit. It’s 10pm on Saturday night nearly 90 degrees inside can’t even open up my windows no screens. WTF thanks for fucking up my weekend
