Been here since 2016! Before you start with supporting theses slum lords let me tell you.... I have had 3 apartments in an attempt to allow them a chance to redeem themselves! Garbage is constantly overflowing, management turn over is ridiculous, pot smell permeates the whole neighborhood, Dog feces is left everywhere!! RecommendedWe love it here. We have a lakefront property and use the fitness trail daily. It is perfect for nature lovers. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Maintenance responds quickly. The pool is amazing and my kids love it! We have been here 6 years.

Management is terrible! I have had ongoing correspondence to the management and staff regarding a sanitary issue with my neighbors (their dogs constantly urinate and deficate on the balconies and the smell is near unbearable at this point after months of them allowing the tenants to continue this behavior). Their only response has been to send out general emails about cleaning up after pets and there's never any consequences therefore never any resolve. Living here has its ups and downs. All in all me and my boyfriend love it here and love the area it is in. We have been here for over two years now only downside we have is the laundry we let it just pile up because its so exhausting to go to the laundry room and do it. We wish that there was one in each unit.
