The staff is friendly and prompt to help you. They are continually making improvements to make the community better for everyone in every way.
We have been enjoying nearly two years of living at Haven on the Lake. The improvements made by the new management team have been really great, and I am excited to see the new facilities coming up! The new laundry room is great, sports facilities as well, and online rent payment is very convenient and easy. The team is responsive and professional. I have lived here for 7 years now and the previous leasing company was terrible. Haven on the Lake has really improved our living experience here since they started ownership back last summer. The maintenance service is faster, the online rent payment app and portal is convienient to use, the improvements to the gym, laundry facility and our apartment buildings are wonderful. As a single parent, I rely on convience, simplicity and value. I definitely recommend Haven on the Lake.
Really enjoy living here! I moved in back in July and so far haven't had any issues. Love living right on the lake! This is my first adventure into the apartment life and so far they have made it a great experience.
I love this place. We’ve always had quick help whenever we need it! The complex is always very clean! Not to mention the view is adorable, I love the little lake and the awesome trails around it! Great place. That’s what makes me happy.
