Amazing service! I was looking to purchase a very special piece when I came across it on Hatton Jewels website. I went on live chat to ask a few questions and Gemma was so helpful and made me feel at ease making my purchase. Gemma emailed me and updated me every step of the way even allowing me to leave a deposit for a few weeks whilst I sorted my funds out. Once I had paid the balance it was despatched within the hour! Very impressed by Hatton Jewels - this is my second purchase and they are great at sourcing some really top quality second hand jewellery. Service and customer care faultless. Rachel was super helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Love my new 'Juste un clou' Cartier bangle! 5 stars all round!

This was my first order with Hatton Jewels and it was a great experience. Having asked an initial query about an item, subsequent responses to additional questions were from the same member of the team. Having this consistency is something that is a key issue for me and something that other organisations could learn from. My item arrived and is absolutely beautiful. I know I'll be back for more.
