Made a very nerve wracking experience incredibly easy and stress free. Swillman was wonderful; extremely knowledgeable and able to identify exactly what we were looking for in an engagement ring with care and consideration. I can't thank him enough for the great experience. The whole team there are so welcoming and generous with their time and the ring they produced in their own on site workshop was absolutely beautiful. They offer easy alterations and aftercare. Excellent service from start to finish purchasing an engagement ring with Swillman. Made sure all the questions during the initial meeting were answered and ensured we were happy with everything before going ahead. I had my wedding ring resized a few years ago and they did it within a day, which was amazing. I got home and saw that it wasn’t hallmarked after being resized. I emailed and told them this and straight away they said they’d send it off to be done when I could get back to London. Recently I went back in after leaving it for a few years as life happened.
