Had some bad experiences at the other dealerships in town. We were so not looking forward to buying a car. Went to Hatchett and was reminded how easy it can be. I just wanted to drop a quick line about the Parts department at Hatchett Buick GMC. Alan has been amazing to work with and his customer service skills are top notch. I would recommend him for all your tire needs.
The staff was extremely rude when we visited this place. I would not recommend wasting your time.
I went this morning to browse, a salesman was extremely rude to me when I was willing to purchase a vehicle. That is the last time I go outside of my normal dealership. Definitely don’t recommend this slum. Hire happier and less judgmental people.
