BEWARE - first off, do not leave anything in your vehicle that you aren’t ok having stolen. Console and glove box were rummaged through (very evident) and some cash stolen (that I forgot to have taken out). Their response is “not responsible”. Will let the police investigate. Service department is inept as well. Poor communication on what is being done and when it will be done. Absolutely awesome place! Bought a Denali Yukon. Colt mays was our salesmen, he wasn’t pushy, and took us on a route during the test drive that showcased the average daily drive and roads you will encounter. We took my GMC envoy, it was having coolant problems and overheating issues. I was concerned because it was not showing up on the dash but the coolant was boiling. My son, who is a mechanic, drained and replaced the coolant but the thermostat was behind the computer parts. We took it in and asked for a complete diagnostic. All they did was drive it around to get it do it Again. Charged us $90 and told us there was no way to check to see if the thermostat was bad. We got referred to go see Alan Spencer, and he was absolutely wonderful. he listened to what we wanted and did everything he could to get my husband and I the right car for us. He was great to work with and you can really tell everyone at this dealership really cares about their customers. We also worked with Zach for our financing and he was honest and friendly and made sure to help us get the financing we wanted. Absolutely terrific experience at this dealership!
