Exceptional service staff. Very professional and polite.
Prior to our visit we had a horrible experience at Davis Moore... our visit with Hatchett was the exact opposite!! We loved everything about our experience there! Everything went smoothly and all the people there were very friendly and helpful (had two kiddos with me). We will definitely use them again!

The service team is flat out top notch! We've owned vehicles for over 25 years and they are as knowledgeable, courteous, on time, and flexible as any customer service business I've ever been associated with. I strongly recommend them to anyone. As inconvenient as it is when your vehicle is down and out, they make the experience as smooth as possible.
