We service our GMC with them with any type of issue small or big and they handle it top notch as if it was the only truck they had In their lot! Attention to detail not only to the vehicle but to the Owner as well! They explain everything to us very welll and leave us with a smile from ear to ear everytime.
I purchased my car a year ago and have had the best service with Hatchett! Allen was amazing to work with! I told him what I wanted and what my budget was, he did not beat around the bush and showed me options and spent time with me until the deal was just what I wanted. I’m not one to normally get a warranty but I did purchase the bumper to bumper life time and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I wouldn’t do business with anyone else.
Best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle! They worked with me to put me in the vehicle I wanted even with my bad credit . Low monthly payments without the extreme interest rate !! Awesome!!

I have called the service department over 10 times. I have left messages for them to call me back. I have NEVER had a dealer NOT call me back. My TCM would have been under warranty. Now not. How much now to fix? When can get fixed? Does ANYONE work in the service department?
The staff are amazing! Forget about other dealership experiences and come try the best!
