RecommendedI never thought I would own a Buick. Thanks to Hatchett Buick GMC, I found the best vehicle for me: a Buick Enclave! It is plush smooth riding, meets the needs of my kiddos and storage, my husband loves it, and I still feel cool and rad driving it!
Alan was very kind and not pushy. Hatchett was reasonable with the price. Cars are expensive these days but I felt like they really were trying to make a good deal for me as well. Alan was awesome to explain and help me set everything up with all the gadgets on my Yukon. This was the lest miserable car buying process we have had yet! The car is very clean as well!!I was very pleased! Looking forward to servicing and dealing with Hatchett again in the future!
This place has no loyalty to its customers. I’ve spent almost 100 thousand there over 5 years. They can’t eat the low cost of a battery on a car I’ve had less than a year. Not to mention there sister lot will try to scam you on a handshake deal. Duck hatchett
I went in today to look specifically at a used suv. Allen was by far the best! He was so helpful as soon as I walked out of my car until the very last second I left IN MY NEW SUV 🤍 I al so in love with it. I will definitely be recommending him to everyone I know who wants to buy! I never felt pressured nor overwhelmed. In addition to making the process so easy, it was fast! Rated 11/10 stars!
Warranty on used vehicles stands out in my mind,great unless it turns out to be like so many warranties,”we offer it but”.So far Allen has been good to his word on everything and I have no reason to think he wouldn’t stand good on the warranty should the situation ever arise.
So appreciate the way the service department treats me every-time I come in. I feel like royalty. Thanks for being there today. Enjoy the Crumble Cookies because they are just as sweet as how you make me feel.
