Gary is in my opinion very unprofessional. He took measurements to order and change two my windows. I had to chase him repeatedly to get replies from him. He kept promising to get back to me about when my windows would arrive and be installed. When he did answer after multiple text messages of chasing him he kept finding excuses why the windows had not arrived . Six weeks later still no windows and no answers from him.
