Been with this surgery approximately 50 years I cannot believe how bad this surgery has become over the last few years. Received a text at 4.15 pm today from them to book spring covid booster, only date available to book is tomorrow. Contacted them to see if there were going to be other dates to book, informed that there are no other day’s available and no other appointments are going to be made available. Asked why patients are being texted so late in the day advised because it was being done in alphabetical order.
