Bought my car late April/early May 2016 and everyone was nice. Anthony was great. Even the receptionist was really nice.

Took my car there for the 1st time will be my last! Ppl were rude and services were over priced compared to all other infinity dealerships. Was quoted 500 dollars for side mirror then when I get to the dealership the service rep quotes me $666 without painting add another 100 dollars or so he said for paint cost. I found this quote to be exceptionally high and almost felt they were robbing me so I called the original dealship where I bought the car as well a few others and they all quoted me $200-300 dollars less then they w... read more

Very poor customer service and communication service representative was very rude and unprofessional had my car for 5 days to fix a simple problem. Although when I came in to complain the owner and manager where easy to deal with but I do not think they take action with there employees
