I went to look at a QX30 today. I told the salesman which one I wanted to see, he proceeded to show me one that was $15,000 more. I went for a test drive in the right one. In the middle of me talking, the salesman turned on the radio and tried to find a good station. Guess I was boring him. I didn't buy the car, and the salesman didn't seem to care. I will not be returning to any Harte dealers.

Great place to shop for a car! High level of professionalism from everyone. From the person that says hello to the door and everyone else you meet. Our sales associate was Levon. No pressure, will work with you and explain every detail of the deal. He will go the extra mile to make it happen. He'll be taking care of you even after you've signed the papers and taken the car out of the lot. I say that people buy from a good salesperson regardless of what they sell. Great experience! Before closing the deal today, the total lack of communication ( returned calls,emails ) was experienced from a few staff. All calls were from me to them. I told this to the manager, so it won't be a surprise now. Very little negotiation on used cars. Expect to pay near asking price. ( the website click button for "get today's E price" is so they get your contact info. No other "lower" price was given.) If it wasn't for a VERY low mileage car, I would've walked. how do you buy a car on tuesday, come friday to pick it up and they sell your car to someone else? thats what you get in Harte Infinity Hartford
I feel like the staff at infinity is not to friendly ..they don't smile they look mad..the parts guy ask me for my info to get me a pen for a sratch that's was on the car when i purchase it..but he never came back from the back lol I left s.m.h

Had 1 sales person he couldn't have the decency to call and inform us he would not be working with us. He would say he would do 1 thing and necer happened. The vehicle had a small dent and told us he would have it taken out wgich he never did. Glad we didnt get stuck working with him. He told the second salesperson that we agreed on a price in that we were just picking up the vehicle that night. That was not the case we never even test drove it until that night.
