I am so disappointed in Infiniti and disheartened by this dealership. I loved my FX35 from the day I bought it until now. At every turn Infiniti has disappointed and not stood by their customers or products. They have found an excuse for not fixing every recall or defect and just recently I was stranded -alone, when my transmission died. It was towed to Harte and although the people in the service department were very nice to me on the phone, I received a quote to replace my transmission for $8400! Absurd!
