My son and I recently visited the Harte dealership in Wellington, CT. Drove 3 hours to look at a car that my son was interested in buying. He probably would have bought it but due to the extremely poor way that he was treated, did not.

This place is great. They do an amazing job.
Worst dealer I’ve ever set foot in. I got zero attention trying to BUY a car. When I complained I got accosted by the GM. I was trying to BE a customer. Imagine how they treat actual customers. Buy a Kia. They will treat you better. The thing that cracks me up is Harte sent me an offer coming off my Audi lease. If there were a dealer that had less of a chance to earn my business I haven’t met it yet.
