Great experience!!! No pressure and staff are more than willing to make the car buying process fit the needs of the customer. Not once did I feel like I was being manipulated or coerced as a female shopping alone for a car! Paperwork was seamless and no hassle to get the car off the lot. Super convenient they do registration for Massachusetts. Adeno and Carmen are excellent!!! Very satisfied with my first “big girl” purchase. Thank you Harte Infiniti!

Brought a car from Harte, paid the asking price, didn't negotiate. talk to the manager DAN GROSSO (the #1 person there) to see if Harte could have a scratch fixed on the car, i was told "..... because the price the car was sold at, we cant fix the scratch for you, if this was in Fairfield county or Avon area, we would fixed before we sell the car, but our customer base rather have cheaper price than perfect cars" and i was also told, "if you don't like the way the car is, we can rewind the deal" Dan was trying everything he ... read more
