Kayleigh’s ladies only boxing classes are fab! She’s a great instructor. I went to the classes on my own, I felt totally comfortable as soon as I walked through the door and everybody was really welcoming. So, ladies don’t be worried about turning up and giving it a go! Plus, it’s a great way to burn calories and let off some steam after work!
Absolutely love Harry’s gym, I’ve been a member since the club opened. We work hard with a lovely group of people. There is a variety of classes so something for everyone no matter what your age!

I'm really glad I joined Harry’s Gym. Sessions are always fun, different and full of energy. The coaches are excellent and know their stuff and the atmosphere is always positive. Perfect for fitness, building strength and stress relief.
This is the gym you are looking for for beginner to advanced level technical boxing coaching. It’s had a nice refurb recently and got some solid new fitness equipment and machines in, alongside a variety of classes and sessions run by super competent instructors making this a welcoming, warm and good choice for fitness and PT sessions.
