Very rude. Mark was very rude in the phone. Then didn’t even turn up for the viewing. We waited 15 minutes in the rain. Called the office to be told he was on his way. No wonder they are not such a recognised estate agent!!! Further to your reply Mark. I rang your office and they told me the time our appointment was, and told me you were on route.
