I arrived at the store at 4.50pm and was told “i’d have to open up the back room to serve you”. Something he was unprepared to do. Not an ounce of service in this elderly gentleman. I can only assume they do not need the revenue.

Put my watch in for repair - just a strap - initially advised me, however since then very limited communication they haven't answered on the several times I've telephoned, no answer phone facility rapidly losing trust in this business

I brought my watch into Harrington and Hallworth in Wilmslow on Monday because the clasp on the bracelet kept unfastening. Tim mended my watch promptly and made an adjustment to the bracelet. I was delighted with the friendliness, helpfulness and kindness of the staff, both the lady who took the watch from me and booked it in and Tim who worked on it and returned it to me so quickly and did not charge me for his work. A really excellent experience. Thank you so much.
