Mum and Dad have just moved in there, into one of the suites for two which is nice. All the preparation and paperwork by the house was thorough and the salaried managers enthused about the place which was reassuring as in fact did all the staff who came to meet my parents. Even the resident chef popped up to welcome my parents. That sort of attention to detail is amazing. Mum deteriorated badly in the month before the move and is now bed-ridden but the staff took it in their stride and come in every two hrs through the night... read more

The most disgusting treatment of staff, discrimination and unlawful dismissal. They treat staff like slaves and the management is even worse and unprofessional. CQC have been notified of this horrible “company”.

I love working at Harrier House and for Adept Care Homes. I feel very supported and appreciated in my role and I find it to be very rewarding. The whole team is fantastic and are led by an incredibly dedicated and compassionate management team. It's great to receive so much positive feedback and recommendations from families and professionals.
