I had a deep tissue massage to which I feel/felt the benefit. Good set up in terms of feeling relaxed and immaculate. Kerry was very polite , professional, knowledgeable and you can tell she has a passion for her job .
An amazing sports massage and acupuncture treatment ..... I'd definitely recommend paying Kerry a visit 10/10
I’ve been seeing Kerry for a few years for regular Back, Neck & Shoulder massages. She always gives a warm welcome to the clinic (sometimes quite literally with the log burner lit on the colder months) She works with my tragic hairdresser back & shoulders, getting my knots out and easing any pains I have in the problem areas. I visited flex recently for a course of Vitamin C injections, after going through a period where I was feeling really fatigued, run down and prone to illness. The first noticeable difference for me was that I would usually wake up feeling sluggish and groggy in the mornings but I was waking up brighter and actually feeling rested for a change.
