Absolute tool of an owner, he had two arguments with two different locals in the space of just half an hour. Very angry little man! He mistakenly thought I'd moved a traffic cone that he had obviously placed to 'hog' a parking space overnight (along with 5 other spaces!) and then angrily confronted me about it (this cone was on the pavement when I first arrived), as I explained otherwise he slammed my car door!
