I use have the service plan for my heating and air units through Harp. They always do an excellent job and have great customer service.
We had contacted a couple of other companies to come out and look at our outlet but could not get anyone scheduled. I called Harp at 9:00 a.m. and they had someone out here by 12:00p.m. The tech was very clean and respectful took care of my problem and explained what he found. I am very pleased with their service and will call them again next time I need them.
Curtious and helpful office staff as well as electrical tech. Trustworthy! We have had a bad experience with with another service when items were stolen. It is a relief to know you can have peace of mind when "Harp Helps".
Harp was a life saver for me when the first plumbing outfit failed to set my new toilet properly ( it jiggled when you sat on it and it would not stop running) Harp came out the same day I called and reset the toilet, cleaned up and was done in about one and a half hours. He was very nice, very professional and his knowledge was unquestionable. Being a single women my trust is with Harp. Thanks Harp
From the staff at the office to the two men who came out to give me service on my electrical and pumbing needs all were very polite, friendly and professional. Everything was done to my satisfaction and the two men explained everything and when the jobs were done, they showed me what they had done and asked if I had any questions!!!
On time (early actually) - excellent work, explained everything, gave me options, gave me a heads up on future potential problems too. Completely satisfied customer.
