Have a family friend that owns a plumbing and electrical repair company but were backup and recommend Harp. Harp showed up when they said they would and gave me a quote before beginning work and did a great job. Also gave me recommendations for other problems i was having
This was the first time I had used Harp---I had seen their TV advertisements and decided to try them. Believe me, I was not disappointed. Their representative, Quin, came and was extremely polite and efficient---Couldn't have asked for a sweeter person to help me. He replaced some parts in my kitchen fluorescent fixture and it has worked like a dream since then. I won't hesitate to contact them again for future problems.
I had Harp install a new kitchen faucet and clear a clog in my shower. The plumber took extra time to make sure the faucet I purchased would clear my window sill before installing. He was very courteous, professional and did both jobs very quickly. I am very happy with his service and quality of work. I plan to use Harp for any services they offer. Everything about my AC repair was excellent! The receptionists were super helpful and did not make you feel stupid on the phone. They were able to come out within a day of me calling and fixed the problem within a few minutes of coming out. The technician was very quick, yet thorough. Harp was also very competitive in pricing compared to other places I had called.
We've used Harp twice in the last few weeks. One time was a planned installation of a new light fixture. The other was an unexpected replacement of our 17 year old water heater. Both times the response time from Harp was excellent and the service provided met all of our expectations. We'll use Harp again and have no qualms about endorsing their service. Thanks, Harp!
