They do great work when they show up. Horrible schedule whatever the problem is on their company and getting plumbers out in a timely manner.
I can't say enough on how well I was taken care of. I had a long list and Charles got it all done . 😁

We had an electrical problem that was occurring on and off for some time. We scheduled an appointment, and Harp was aable to come sooner than the scheduled appointment due to a cancellation in the area. The technician was very thorough and had the issue fixed in a short time for a reasonable price. He was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. We will definitely call again for any future issues that we may encounter. Thanks!
Harp has proven every time I contact them the experience, knowledge, and courtesy you want in a professional. They work extra hard in times like the recent destructive storm to thoroughly vet the damage all the way down the line making sure they caught all damage and working with AEP/PSO to restore power on the weekend. I rarely 5 star but they deserve that and more. Great company, great employees!
My A/C went out at 0200 on a Thursday morning, called Harp when they opened at 0800 and they had a tech out to my house by 0830 that same day. When they recommended that I completely replace my outdoor unit, I contacted my home warrenty company for assistance in covering the costs of this repair. After getting the run-around for 11 days without a functioning A/C by the warrenty company, I again contacted Harp who within a day and a half had a new unit installed and had our A/C humming again.
