We have used Harp for plumbing several times for different problems and will do so again if need be. Fast, friendly service was provided at the time they promised. I can highly recommend Harp!

Harp has great people working for them, they're very professional, we had an outdoor light fixture replaced this morning , they were on time and started working on the job, explaining what they were doing as they work. Extremely rude customer service. We called Harp with a few questions about an electrical inspection they did on our house. The marketing manager we spoke to became very defensive and was unwilling to have a conversation about the report he wrote. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism. When we asked to speak with his supervisor he quickly hung up. We will not be using Harp in the future nor would we recommend their services to anyone else.
I called Harp at closing time and got their answering service. A technician called me back within 15 minutes. Charles was here by 12:45 the next day. He quickly diagnosed the reason my A/C wasn't working and also found a problem with an air vent that was keeping my system from working efficiently. He fixed both and it's cooling better than when it was installed (by a different company) 4 years ago.
I have used Harp Service several times for electrical and plumbing. They are always professional from the time I schedule the appointment to when the job is complete. They are respectful of my home, give me up-front pricing and a warranty on their work. They even take the time to make friends with my Chihuahua, which goes a long ways with me. I highly recommend!
My entire HVAC unit was replaced by Harp 5 years ago. My thermostat started reading system error on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend so we called Harp to come look at things. Charles came out on Saturday and it ended up that we needed a new control board. He stayed late through the rain and temporarily fixed the unit so that we would have AC until he could come with the replacement part after the holiday weekend. They were able to come out the next day, told me what needed done and how much and was able to get ever done within a few hrs. I'd definitely use them again for any future electrical needs.
