Very professional, courteous and honest. They gave me a quote started at noon and finished before end of day. There service level far exceeds that of most companies now a days. We have our new electrician for sure.
Called them out to fix lights at entrance to my neighborhood. They assessed the problem quickly and gave me a price and said two days. got a call a couple of hours later said they were done and it was over $100 cheaper than the quote. Everything is working great and I couldn't be happier.
We have used Harp electrical and plumbing services several times in the past, and received more than satisfactory services each time. Recently we again needed both an electrician and plumber for several small repairs. They both came on the the same day, allowing us to pay only one service charge. Our home was recently struck by lightening and several repairs needed to be made. One of the service technicians recommended Harp when we needed an electrician. They sent someone out that same day and he spent at least 3 hrs looking everything over and started making repairs. He was so helpful and patient with all of my questions. They also sent a heat and air technician to finish the repairs. He was also very helpful and everything is working again. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.
We've used Harp a few times and always been happy with their service. We called yesterday and Paul arrived quickly. He was very nice and polite, careful not to make a mess, and he found the problem and fixed it quickly.
This was the first time I used Harp. My mom saw their TV ads and I had seen the Harp van around my neighborhood. Jeff, the electrician was very knowledgeable with what I was needing. He was patient and allowed me to run to Lowes down the street and obtain a new light fixture. Cleaned up after his work, answered all my questions and did not take up much of my day. Thank you Harps for providing excellent customer service. I am glad I gave Harp a call.
I was very impressed with the service I received from Harp. They called the morning service was scheduled as promised and showed up promptly at my house. The plumber was polite, friendly and finished the job in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Harp.
