They deserve 0 stars. I am so disappointed with their service that I likely will never use a moving service again. My possessions were stolen by the movers, my furniture was damaged, my floors were damaged by reckless handling of my appliances, and although I paid for insurance, they refuse to reimburse me. They were extremely slow, often standing around doing nothing, wrapping, unwrapping and rewrapping the same object. They were also seen going through containers that hadn’t been taped shut. Mike, Islam and Ismael did an excellent job moving a piano from the West Island all the way to the deep woods in the Laurentians. It was a tricky move as the piano needed to be brought up a Mezzanine. They were professional, funny, polite, solution oriented and very meticulous. Everything was wrapped, protected and handled delicately, the real definition of a white glove service.
