One thing I appreciate is not timetables for swimming, but there is not much done for fast swimmers, like me, to have our lane so I struggle to swim lengths in the packed family swimming area.
The staff here are consistently rude and unhelpful. They seem to be trained to be this way — how else could every single employee behave so poorly? They are also unprofessional and lack basic customer service skills. They constantly overcharge and never apply member discounts to any activities. Beautiful large pool. Changing rooms and toilets always clean. Many other activities there other than swimming. Nice large cafe. Would recommend
