In the pool today.... overcrowded... heard a 15ish year old girl tell her brother she had a wee in the pool ... the quality of the people using this pool has gone so far down

I keep having the worst time dealing with the management at reception. How come these kind receptionists have to be sat alone most mornings whilst I can see the managers tucked away in the back. The other day I wanted to complain but the receptionist told me "The (managers) don't want to speak to you" and eventually a manager from THE SALES team had to help me. Went to urban limits, and one of the female blonde workers was asleep on the blocks in the middle. I went and told another female worker who was at the front letting people jump onto the bag, she was the only one actually doing her job. Pathetic that only one person did her job throughout the whole session.
