We had a great stay. Rooms are super nice and everyone is great. Toby Keith's bar and grill is real good too. We look forward to staying again

The Hard Rock Hotel was very nice! The adults only pool is awesome! The casino needs to work on its customer service. We walked in to the casino carrying a soft drink and was very rudely stopped within two steps and told to discard our drinks they couldn't be brought in. Rudely. Ate dinner and carried out to go cups from the restaurant and again, very rudely told we couldn't carry our soft drinks to the car to unload luggage to stay the night.
